When you signup to purchase a video or subscribe to content, you are asked for your name and email address, and you are asked to create a password. This information is handled by our payment and subscription management vendor, InPlayer, based in London, England, UK. Your name, email address, and password are stored by InPlayer so that when you return to our site in the future you can log in and have access to the content you have already purchased. Your email address us also stored by us so that we can send you periodic updates about new content or other changes to the website.

When paying for content, your credit card information is collected by InPlayer and handled by a secure third-party payment-processing company. 2. How do you get my consent?

They also provide access to the broadcasting network infrastructure that gives us the capability to livestream events all over the world. DaCast is located in San Francisco, CA. We use InPlayer (“InPlayer”) to provide the “paywall” interface and handle your payment and subscription information. InPlayer is located in London, England, UK. You can find out more about them by looking at their Terms of Service on their website Please keep in mind that in the context of their terms of service, we (Cinephobia LLC) are “the merchant” while you are “the customer.”

5. Third-Party Services

The platform vendors mentioned above may engage in partnerships with other third-party vendors to manage things like payment, authentication or security.
